Hand Warmers

Hand Warmers to pop into your pockets on cold autumn or wintry days.   These little hand warmers can be heated up in the microwave for 1 minute.  They are also useful to keep in the freezer to be used as an ice pack.  Make 2, one for each pocket.

All designs come with the same set of instructions, whatever their shape or size.  All designs come with two sizes, 4×4 and 5×7 hoop sizes.
