When you click on this link, the .zip file will automatically download to your computer. If you can’t find your email with your .zip file attached, please check your Junk and Spam mailboxes before contacting us.

Refunds: I've ordered the wrong pattern - can I get a refund?
We cannot give refunds if you order the wrong pattern – due to the nature of digital patterns, once you have downloaded the pattern, it is resident on your computer/memory stick. Once a pattern has left us, it is permanently in your possession, even if you don’t use it or have no use for it.
Refunds: I've change my mind about the pattern - can I exchange it?
As above, the pattern is in your possession and therefore cannot be exchanged.

For more information read our Loyalty Scheme.
Do you use testers for your patterns?
Thanks to the internet, we use testers from all over the world. This gives us a very broad width of experiences in stitching. We are happy for our designs to be tested by all levels of stitchers, from experienced and beginners through to advanced stitchers.
It is important to us to know that our designs have been through the mill when it comes to testing. We ask for testers for many reasons:
- so that we know the design will work in different formats
- so that it will work on most machines
- it helps us to design with all levels of stitching experience in mind
- it helps us to make sure the order of stitching sequence is the best possible
- that the amount of thread changes in any one design is as few as possible
- that any problems with a design are highlighted and adjusted before the pattern goes out for sale
- and because we know what we want a design to do – but once you set testers free on designs, they give excellent feedback about a design stitch out, what could be better and what needs adjusting.
So when you get a design from Doodle Threads, you can be assured that the design has been stitched many, many times before it goes on sale.
